Born Richmond, Virginia, 1959. Undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and Juris Doctor from Mississippi College, with distinction.
Author of numerous articles and seminars on elder law, estate planning and real property issues.
Active in the Jacksonville Bar Association; served as chairperson of the Probate and Trust Law Section and the Real Property, Trust & Probate Law Section of the Jacksonville Bar, and is an active member of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is a member of the Florida Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the AARP Legal Services Network.
